Being a successful manager in Asia requires a talent for cross-cultural relations, new languages and social norms, and learning about differing business cultures. The last four years of living and working outside of America have given me a unique perspective on working with clients and co-workers from Eastern and Western Europe, Asia and the Middle East. I believe this is a rarity in my field. These experiences have given me added insight regarding good communication, teamwork and individual accountability in diverse environments.
